Why This Program
I wanted to come to this program because I knew it would challenge me and prepare me well for a broad-spectrum practice. The program is unique because of the proximity of rural and urban populations, providing a wide range of interesting pathologies and the opportunity to serve the underserved. I felt strongly that it could nurture me into a well-rounded family physician and support my ever-developing sub-interests within family medicine. When I interviewed here, I also saw that the residents, staff, and faculty here were passionate, and I could see myself working alongside them in the long term.
