Why did you choose OBGYN?
I chose OBGYN as my career because I hope to become a surgical subspecialist who can also provide preventive care. I am drawn to this multifaceted field not only because of my passion to deliver healthcare to women in underserved areas but also because of my desire to empower women to make more informed decisions, especially about their reproductive health.

Why do OBGYN at UCSF Fresno?
Speaking with the residents and faculty at UCSF-Fresno made me realize that this is the best program for me. Not only am I excited to train at a program that offers high volume and diverse patient populations, but also the opportunity to train within a supportive team to provide care for the underserved. I believe that being fluent in Spanish is beneficial for the health and welfare of the patient population in this community.

Hobbies/Facts/Interest
In my free time, I enjoy exploring national parks and outdoor activities. I look forward to participating in outdoor activities with my co-residents and exploring all that the central valley has to offer on my days off.
