Hobbies, facts, and interests: I love to do anything that has eating and traveling in the itinerary. I like to pretend I’m a health nut but I always go straight for desserts first. I tend to find myself out and about, eating and drinking with friends and trying new restaurants/bars! I like being on my feet and enjoy being active. I love spending time with friends and family. Whether it’s a small get-together or a huge  reunion, I’m already on my way there. I’m also a big nerd with anything in the Fantasy and Fiction genre (e.g. Harry Potter).

Why Fresno: Having the opportunity to practice and train at an institution like UCSF Fresno was an opportunity I couldn’t turn down. This program is the right choice for me as a recent graduate to ease myself into emergency medicine and become a well-rounded clinician. Not only will it boost my confidence as a healthcare provider but also help me grow as an individual. Also being born and raised in Florida, I have always wanted to get out and explore. Fresno is perfect for me to see what west coast has to offer. Not only will I be a few hours away from big cities, but I’ll also be close to some beautiful national parks!
