Why Fresno: High volume, diverse pathology, plenty of procedural opportunities, strong off-service rotations, proximity to the Sierra Nevadas, well-established program following the Model of Clinical Practice of EM and SEMPA guidelines – and most importantly, I really liked everyone I met during interviews!
