Hiking, baking, spending time with friends and family. Fun facts: really good at putting together IKEA furniture, didn't try McDonalds until medical school. 

Why UCSF Fresno? 
I really like the academic aspect of the program and all of the opportunities it offers, while also being in a community setting that serves a large part of the Central Valley. I got great vibes from both residents and faculty during my interview and the program as a whole is full of fun, kind, and smart people! I also am fluent in Spanish, and have always wanted to work in an area with a large population of Spanish-speakers, which I am fortunate enough to do here. 

What are your career interests (fellowships, etc.)? 
Pulm/Crit but it's still too early to tell!

What are your research interests? 
I find pulmonology, infectious disease and oncology to all be very interesting! I would also like to get involved in research projects that incorporate social determinants of health.
