Why Fresno?
Fresno offers a wide diversity of pathology and you get to see many disease processes many only get to read about in a textbook! Fresno is a vibrant city with a lot of fun restaurants, a nice arts scene, and is close to many beautiful national parks! I am originally from Modesto, about an hour and a half north of Fresno. Getting the opportunity to provide care to the residents of the Central Valley is a huge privilege and I am so happy I get to serve the community which helped mold and shape me.
