ON CALL
The UCSF Fresno Cardiology division provides ER coverage for Community Regional Medical 3 days per week. All calls will be in house for the first year fellow while home call for the second year fellows. When on call, fellow is expected to manage patients with acute coronary syndromes at the VACCHCS.
First Year: 5-6 in-house calls per month
Second Year: 3-4 in-house calls per month
Third Year: No in-house calls
Number of days off per 4 weeks: 4 or more, 3 weeks of vacation and 1 week of educational leave.
